What to include
- Help with a video or your account: the email you signed in with and, if you have it, the video or order number.
- Billing and refunds: your order details. Failed videos are refunded automatically; unused packs can be refunded within 7 days. See the Refund Policy.
- Privacy requests: to delete your photos, videos or account early, write from your account email. See the Privacy Policy.
- Abuse or misuse of your photo: use the report form so it reaches the review queue directly. Urgent child-safety reports are handled within 24 hours.
