FlicLoop refund policy: failed videos are refunded automatically; unused video packs are refundable within 7 days.

1. Failed or timed-out videos

If a video fails to render, takes too long or cannot be delivered, the credits used for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

2. Video packs

If you have not used any of the credits from a video pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once any credits from that pack have been spent on finished videos, the pack is no longer refundable. A refund removes the pack's credits from your balance.

3. Video quality

AI results can vary. If a video is unusable because of a technical fault on our side, contact us and we will re-issue the credits.

4. How to ask

Email support@flicloop.com from your account email with your order details. A person replies within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, Waffo Pancake, and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
